THE INITIAL SITUATION:

E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon are essential today. Online trade is also growing in the OTC medicines market. However, this requires careful maintenance of information and legally correct presentation. Brand presence often takes a back seat, as retailers post content independently but often do not have the necessary brand knowledge.

THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

ratiopharm is not allowed to sell pharmacy-only products directly to end customers in Germany. On platforms such as Amazon, content cannot be maintained independently, as manufacturers need a license from Amazon to do so. In addition, B+ content, A+ content, brand stores, brand stories, brand registration, bullet points, SEO titles, product information tiles, videos, content experiments and category-specific data must be taken into account.

THE OUTCOME:

We created an ideal brand and product presence on Amazon for ratiopharm. We advise strategically, design uniformly, optimize assets and upload.
