We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of Article 36, 1 Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG). This shall be without prejudice to the option of settling a dispute before a consumer arbitration board within the context of a specific dispute subject to the consent of both contracting parties (Article 37 VSBG).
