We are raising EURONICS’ visibility as an employer with location-based OOH headlines.
THE INITIAL SITUATION:
EURONICS Deutschland eG is looking for employees. Recruiting is also an important and challenging topic for one of Germany’s largest electronics and electrical goods retailers.
THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
Actually, there are two. EURONICS is a cooperative consisting of almost 1,000 brand participants. This means that the brand is mainly defined by this local presence. This does not make it easy for the EURONICS headquarters in Ditzingen to attract employees, especially in a very competitive environment of large, attractive employer brands.
THE OUTCOME:
Attack is the best defense! Confidently present your benefits to the outside world and be vocal about them. Be visible and unmissable. We designed a simple, headline-based, fast OOH campaign (also adapted for Social Media channels) with a special media trick: individual motifs/headlines to match the location of the billboard. So that people really feel addressed.
