THE INITIAL SITUATION:
The Bosch People Acquisition Campus focuses on personnel marketing for the Robert Bosch GmbH. We actively support Bosch’s career channels on social media, the newsletter for applicants, and the website blog entries. Our contact persons are the interface between us as an agency and the Bosch departments.
THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
THE OUTCOME:
We used tools and a special briefing form to bring structure and efficiency to the processes. Using content formats and relevant content developed by us, we were able to tailor the content more specifically to the target group and enhance the digital presence overall through a consistent look and tone.
