THE INITIAL SITUATION:
The market for HVAC equipment is highly competitive, and Scandinavian competitors have a particularly strong presence, especially in the compact unit segment. German HVAC expert TROX aims to change that. As the only supplier with its own manufacturing facility in the target market, the company plans to expand its communication efforts with a tailored campaign that highlights its own compact units.
THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
Our client, TROX, wanted to increase its market share in the UK within the compact air handling unit segment. To achieve this, we were tasked with developing a campaign that would provide various assets for search engines as well as social media, and with supporting the sales team with optimized materials. A key advantage for the campaign: as one of the market leaders in customizable ventilation units, the brand already enjoys a high level of credibility. We were able to highlight this expertise and quality to make the pre-configured units even more appealing.
THE OUTCOME:
The “Air handling in a snap” communication strategy focuses on simplicity. Using a simple configurator, we offer customers the ability to find the ventilation unit that meets their needs with just a few clicks. This has resulted in a variety of designs tailored to relevant sectors such as schools, medical offices, gyms, offices, and retail spaces. As a result, we provide each target group with customized content.
A linguistic and visual hook was developed for the various assets to convey the message: It’s as easy as snapping your fingers. This theme runs through all the materials and initiatives developed – from static to dynamic, from banners to sales collateral. For the customer, the simplicity and ease of communication are the most compelling features.
