THE INITIAL SITUATION:
Bosch Home Comfort is one of the leading technology companies in the field of heating, water and air conditioning. The market for heating and air conditioning technology is highly competitive. Installers face enormous challenges: constantly changing legislation, a complex subsidy landscape, staff shortages and digital transformation. They need a partner who gives them security and simplifies their work.
THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
An innovative trade fair concept was to be developed for ISH 2025 – the world’s leading trade fair for the industry. The goal: to win installers and heating engineers as strong partners, deepen existing relationships and position Bosch Home Comfort emotionally and authentically as a strong, trustworthy partner.
THE OUTCOME:
With the concept “HELLO Climate Hero.”, we put installers in the spotlight. The centrepiece alongside the innovative product range: the Klimahelden Schmiede – the Bosch Home Comfort partner programme – was presented in a hands-on way at the exhibition stand. It offered incredibly tangible ways to make work easier: a scanner app for simple heating load calculation, individually foiled heat pump models and HomeCom Pro for remote control of heating systems. From the exhibition walls to our own exhibition magazine to the presentation for the “Get ready” programme for young master craftsmen – we could implement the entire concept. The result was a trade fair appearance with high recognition value. The Bosch Home Comfort employees featured in the campaign motifs reinforced the authentic sense of closeness. We were given the opportunity to organize and carry out the photo shoot for this purpose. We also used the pictures of the employees for social media posts. In this way, we positioned Bosch Home Comfort as an equal partner who understands and supports the true heroes of the trade.
The result: The trade fair appearance was convincing across the board with high visitor frequency, increased interest in the partner program, and valuable conversations that directly contributed to the business objectives.
